An individualized golf fitness program designed specifically for you will help improve your performance on the golf course. Your program is built on an assessment of your specific golf physical profile. After your limitations are identified, your personalized golf fitness program is developed. The MLC Golf Performance Tour Phase 1: The Front 9 (1 hour session) We’ll discuss your swing mechanics, and you’ll receive a report. This information is used in Phase 2: The Back 9 to help design your Golf Fitness program. Phase 2: The Back 9 (1 hour session) We also consider your time, equipment, and fitness level to focus your workouts. The second session will be scheduled 2 to 4 weeks after the first session. We’ll review your fitness workout and monitor your progress using comparison photos and swing speed testing. Your program will be adjusted according to those results.
