
Mary Anne is certified by the Aquatic Educational Association (AEA) as a Certified Aquatic Educator. She has been teaching vocational skills to emotionally challenged children in the Syracuse City School District since 1999. She has been teaching swimming to children for over 20 years. Mary Anne brought her experience to Mary Lou Corcoran Physical & Aquatic Therapy two years ago and is now an integral part of the aquatic therapy program. She assists the aquatic physical therapists in daily programs and teaches water yoga. Mary Anne designed the concept and philosophy of the Strength & CoMotion pilot program. Her career reflects her dedication to helping children reach their fullest potential and inspired her to create her newest program, Making Waves.
