Research-based injury prevention and performance enhancement training

Key components will include:
Muscular strength and endurance imbalances
Balance and joint perception
Postural Alignment and Stability during running, landing, jumping
CORE strengthening

WHEN: 2 times per week for 6 weeks - $185.00 for entire session per athlete
