With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, STOTT PILATES exercise is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Performed on a mat or specialized equipment, STOTT PILATES is a fitness regime for a lifetime. Sally Hootnick, Certified Pilates Instructor, will guide you either privately or in small groups on mats. Session fees range depending on group size and package.

Personal One-on-One Training
Our trainers are dedicated to help you achieve your goals and surpass your health and fitness goals. All of our trainers work closely with our physical therapists to complete your personal sports and fitness training safely after rehab. The personal attention you receive will keep you committed to a regular exercise routine, you simply show up to exercise and your trainer directs all the activities. Small group training is available.
Nutrition Counseling
Exercise is not always enough! Our staff is available to counsel you on ways to meet your nutritional needs and health goals. We offer analysis of your eating habits and education for preventative nutrition and lifestyle choices. Contact us to schedule a consultation so that we can assess your current nutritional status.
Fitness Evaluation
General health assessment and fitness evaluation is offered to all of our personal training clients. A fitness evaluation determines the level of the five health related fitness components which are body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance and aerobic capacity. Fitness improvement is critical to understand your level of fitness before starting an exercise program.
Sports Specific Training
Achieve the highest levels in sports performance enhancement with our athlete performance programs. Our highly qualified staff ensures success through state-of-the-art training equipment and programs

This is a complete body conditioning class using both the BOSU balance and stability ball. Your “Core” is best challenged when training on an unstable surface for stability and strength. The result is a leaner and stronger body. All fitness levels welcome!
Our spacious Sports Performance Center is a premier fitness facility. The Sports Performance Center is located in Fayetteville adjacent to our Physical Therapy office at Towne Center. We have lockers, showers and ample parking. The staff at Mary Lou Corcoran Physical and Aquatic Therapy have an impeccable reputation and are leaders in Central New York in the Physical Therapy profession.
