Direct Access

You have the right to choose.
Begin treatment right away!

Patients today must take an active role in managing their own health care. You have the right to see any physical therapist you choose.

Direct Access is a means to seek physical therapy services without a prescription from your Doctor. Early physical therapy intervention has many proven benefits, and Direct Access makes it easier to receive care in a timely fashion. This reduces the risks associated with prolonging treatment of your condition and can save you and your insurance company money by avoiding an additional office visit. You may come directly to your Physical Therapist and receive an evaluation and treatment for any musculoskeletal injury. Upon completion of your Physical Therapy evaluation, we will determine your treatment plan.

Medicare patients are exempt from Direct Access.
